I am playing another house concert at the home of Kris Thorne, Sunday Oct. 16. Kris is a wonderful host, I hope to see you there. 3-4:00 will be social time, please feel free to bring a pot luck item. Kris suggests a donation of $15 to go to the performer, which is highly appreciated! I had a great time playing there back in May, really looking forward to playing here again. I'm honored to be playing a Sunday afternoon house concert at the home of Kris Thorne! Things get started with a potluck at 3:00, with music from 4:00-6:00pm. If the weather is good we will be outside, if not we'll move festivities indoors. Suggested donation is $15, but if you can't do that, please come anyway. I will be doing a lot of originals, with some covers thrown in. This should be a lot of fun, hope to see you there!

Once again I will be playing at Feldman's Deli, the best NY style deli sandwiches in SLC. I'll be doing a mix of covers and originals. This is one of my favorite venues, so come make merry and join in the fun!

I will one of 4 Songwriters-in-the-Round at the January edition of the IAMA Local Concert Series! Joining me on stage will be Bill McGinnis, Kyle Hicks and Richard Epperson. Food, beer and wine are welcome; come early to get a good spot. IAMA members $5 at the door, non-members $10. This is going to be a terrific night of music.

The October Hosted Coffeehouse is going to be a terrific show. We'll have Red Branch (Celtic), Bird In The Trees, Paul Fritzler, and myself. I don't know the exact order yet, but I should be on in the 8:30 or 9:00 time frame. A $5 donation at the door helps to cover the cost of renting the space. Food and beer/wine is okay, coffee will be provided. I love playing at this venue, hope you can join us.

This Saturday I will be closing out the 2015 back yard concert series at Carolyn's Magic Garden! This is my most anticipated show of every year. When you see Carolyn's back yard you will know why it's called the Magic Garden! The fabulous Kristin Erickson and guitar wizard Keith Taylor will start the evening off at 7:00. We'll take a short break when they are done, then I'll finish up, and hope to be done by 10:00. BYOB and a pot luck item to share. Suggested donation is $15, but not a strict requirement. There will be CDs for sale. This is going to be SO MUCH FUN!! Come join us for a great evening of music.

This Friday, Bob Bland and Bill Klinger will be doing a concert to benefit disabled veterans, hosted by Carolyn Turkanis. Bill will play 7:00-8:00, and Bob will play 8:00-9:00. This is a special event, not to replace the weekly Carolyn's Garden concert series, which happens on Saturday. Please come join us!

returning to Bleu Bistro for week 2. As always, a good, intimate music atmosphere, terrific food, and a fine dining experience. This is a hidden gem that is only going to get better and better.

Caputo's Deli in Holladay, great food. This looks to be a fun time. Of course, you know I always try to have fun when I'm playing. We're getting a bit of an early start on Saturday. I'll be happy to set up and start before the sun goes down. This early dark is for the birds! Be sure to ask me if there's a song in particular you want to hear. If I know it, I'll play it. And if I don't, I'll act like a politician and just ignore your request, and you'll get whatever I decide to play!!
